平谷区
精准摸排，筑牢转移安置“前哨线”
平谷区基层妇女干部、妇联执委、巾帼志愿者化身“风雨哨兵”，顶风冒雨深入村庄社区，对困境妇女、留守儿童等重点人群开展拉网式排查，她们挨家挨户耐心劝导，协助转移行动不便的老人。暖心守护，搭建特殊群体“避风港”。各临时安置点内，妇联组织联合各方力量，为受灾群众提供心理疏导、物资发放和应急照料服务。不仅配备急需的卫生用品及应急药品等急需物资，更注重人文关怀，巾帼志愿者轮值，为情绪紧张的孩子们讲述绘本故事、组织游戏，及时进行心理疏导，将安置点转化为温暖港湾。

风雨骤至，汛情牵动人心。自汛情来临后，怀柔区基层妇联组织迅速响应，妇联干部率先垂范，妇联执委主动请缨，妇女群众踊跃参与，她们以女性特有的细致与坚韧，在防汛一线织密“防护网”、筑牢 “安全堤”，用实际行动诠释“巾帼不让须眉”的担当，让“她力量”成为怀柔防汛战场上一道亮眼的风景线。
