在上海市监狱总医院这片特殊的医疗战场上，有一群身着警服、心怀仁爱的医务工作者，他们既是法律的守护者，也是生命的救治者。随着近年来监管医疗事业的不断发展，对监管医务人才的需求也日益提升。为进一步引进高素质医务人才，上海市监狱总医院在市司法局、市监狱管理局的大力支持和指导下，开展全国范围医务民警招录推介工作，吸收更多兼具医学专业技能与执法素养的优秀人才加入监管医疗民警队伍，为推动监管医疗事业高质量发展贡献力量。

上海市监狱总医院作为服务于全市政法系统的综合性医院，承担着全市政法单位羁押人员医疗保障、疾病预防、司法鉴定等工作职责。随着上海监狱高质量发展的全面推开，着眼监狱安全治理体系、法治体系建设要求，对监管医疗工作提出了新的更高的要求，作为推动工作的基础，加速推动监管医疗人才引进成为摆在总医院人面前的一项重要任务。为此，监狱总医院决定主动出击、跨前一步，在全国范围内开展人才招录推介，广发“英雄贴”，广招“有志人”。在首次全国招录推介取得显著成果的基础上，医院“乘胜追击”，此次开启了更大规模、更大范围的人才招录推介活动。

医院细致谋划、精心规划推介方案，在充分借鉴运用去年工作成功经验的基础上，进一步扩大推介地域范围与院校数量，特别是将更多国内一流院校纳入推介范围，决定组建4支由院党委班子成员直接牵头的招录宣讲小组，分赴全国顶尖医学院校与医疗人才招聘会，开展现场招录推介工作。

四个推介工作小组先后分赴6所全国一流医疗院校和8个外省市医疗人才招聘会开展招录推介，并在上海、江苏、浙江、天津、山东、福建、辽宁等省市招聘人才网以及多所医疗院校信息网、微信公众号共计17个网络平台发布招录推介信息。推介活动中，前来咨询的求职者络绎不绝，近1500余人进行咨询，累计收到简历近600份，其中博士简历20余份，硕士简历近500份，2025年计划招录监狱医务民警10人，已报名人数达130余人，为下一步院医疗民警招录工作的顺利开展打下了坚实的基础。
