为新警把好从警的“第一道关卡”

秉持“训为战，练为强”理念，南汇监狱将“学、思、践、悟”融入培训全程。开展实践教学调查，调整集训安排，完善“传帮带”制度，实施“一师一徒”“以老带新”“功模引领”，从警械使用、监舍清查到公文写作，全方位锻炼新警，使其在日常执法管理中快速积累经验、掌握方法、提升能力。
