青浦监狱建监三十周年系列报道（三）
对于青浦监狱而言，这三十年，不仅是其建监历程中的重要篇章，更是中国监狱法治化进程中的一段缩影。自建监以来，青浦监狱将“事事认真，处处用心”的工作作风融于心、践于行，先后提出了建设“依法管理的模范、科学改造罪犯的实验基地、中国监狱的文明窗口”的工作定位，以依法管理、严格管理、科学管理、文明管理为基本原则，积极响应法治建设号召，在严格遵循法律法规的基础上，勇于创新，努力推动监狱高质量发展，致力于构建一个集平安、法治、文明于一体的现代化监狱管理体系。

法治文化厚植
踏入青浦监狱，位于行政区的警营文化中心格外引人注目。其建筑设计现代感十足，而其中 278 平米的法治文化展厅更是整个监狱法治教育的核心所在。
在这里，民警们承担起法治知识传播的重任，通过情景再现的方式生动演绎各类法治案例。此展厅既是展现监狱法治文化的一扇明亮窗户，也吸引了众多社会各界人士前来亲身感受与深入学习。

执法文化——深入挖掘监狱工作的内涵，传承并构建起以命运共同体为核心的价值理念，以此引导监狱执法工作的开展。

廉政文化——从思想、教育、阵地、监督等多方面着力，推进廉政建设，营造清正廉洁的政治环境，保障监狱工作健康运行。

警营文化——努力营造团结、严肃且活泼的警营氛围，加强政治引领，提升警察队伍的凝聚力和工作效率。

监禁文化——定期开展行为规范整顿、普法教育以及认罪悔罪教育活动，促使罪犯在法治框架内进行改造。

法治理论精研
多年来，青浦监狱在理论研究方面成绩显著。自 2000 年上海市监狱学会开展论文评选起，青浦监狱共 19 次获得集体一等奖，且自 2018 年起连续六年蝉联该奖项。
民警个人在全国协会征文活动中表现出色，收获一等奖、一类文等荣誉。其课题研究成果如《罪犯再犯风险评估量表国产化研制》得到司法部认可并推广。
还有《上海探索顽危犯改造难度分级及其转化效果评估》《“产学业” 一体化矫正项目的实践探索》等多篇论文在《中国监狱学刊》《罪犯改造与研究》等刊物上发表，这些成果体现了青浦监狱在法治理论研究方面的努力与贡献。
