提篮桥监狱党委书记、监狱长周敏在文艺汇演上代表监狱党委为全监服刑人员送新春祝福并提出希望：希望服刑人员用新的努力，争取新的成绩；用新的气象，展现新的风貌；用新的态度，创造新的未来。

过去的一年是监狱文化改造的丰收年。监狱融媒体中心用视频的方式回顾了第七届蓝桥文化节的精彩瞬间，总结了一年来服刑人员在文化改造中取得的进步。

本次文艺汇演节目紧扣爱国主题，从选题策划、词曲创作等角度层层筛选最终打造了一批有特色的节目。吉他弹唱、快板、嘻哈说唱、男声合唱、太极拳、大合唱、大型爱国主义音乐情景剧等监狱新岸艺术团和各监区服刑人员精心编排的节目令人目不暇接。
